(If you missed it, Richard Castle was preparing for his Halloween bash and was dressed as a "space cowboy"—specifically Mal Reynolds from the series
Firefly, who was, of course, also played by Nathan Fillion. His daughter complained that he'd worn the costume five years ago and wasn't it time to get over it. Too funny.)
