DragonCon has a clue! They have
announced that the panel schedules will be posted online on August 24. I usually spend the last week of August waiting for the online post and firing off an inquiring note to the tune of "some of us like to plan ahead, y'know."
Many of the individual tracks
already have schedules up. Ooooh, Alternative History track has a Sherlock Holmes panel...
