Temptation in a Coffee Mug
James made this last night. He used 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 of Splenda. We had no chocolate chips, so he used Andes Mint chips instead. And we were virtuous and split the result, which was very dense. Not sure if that was because of the Splenda substitution or not, since sugar helps the rising process. It also wasn't chocolaty enough for either of us. I wonder if you could swap one of the tablespoons of milk for a tablespoon of chocolate syrup. :-) Five Minute Chocolate Mug Cake Labels: food |
