The eleventh Doctor will be played by
Matt Smith, the youngest actor ever to play the role. I wonder if he's going to have that weird haircut on the series!
Matt played Jim Taylor in the adaptations of Philip Pullman's
The Ruby in the Smoke and
The Shadow in the North.
