So I pick up the phone at work and get a recording telling me this is a solicitation call from my local newspaper; I am about to hang up when a man comes on and starts talking. I tell him this is a Federal Government telephone number and he shouldn't be calling it and he tells me he has a "right" to call!!!! A
what? I told him to put the number on his do-not-call list and hung up on him.
