Looking around for some other sites to see in DC and have been reading about the National Postal Museum. Supposedly they have air mail planes and stagecoaches, and
"Owney" is even there. I read about Owney years ago in a little paperback called
The Strange World of Animals and Pets, which also had the story of
Bobbie, the Silverton collie, who did a real-life "Lassie come home" in 1924.
