Interesting But Chilling...
...especially for those of us who remember all those "duck and cover" drills.

We had the same stuff in a number of basements at F.E. Warren AFB. Got to try the crackers and carbohydrate supplements (hard candies) during a shelter drill. The crackers weren't all that bad - kind of like graham crackers. The carb supplements were hard sugar with a bit of ascorbic acid.
