Well, Cross Fingers...
...we think Mom's house is sold. The listing is withdrawn from the realtor's web site and our lawyer tells us the people who are buying it are applying for their mortgage and of course an inspection must be done. I hope they're nice. I wouldn't want my godmother to have any trouble. ----------------------------------------------------------------

sounds as if you enjoyed your birthday even being sick...... I my self stayed in bed most of the day and went out for dinner with nicki and had cheese cake with mom after she got home from work... and opened my presents...I love presents....... # posted by
