So, Can Anyone Recommend...
...an inexpensive book about how to read music? Even a kids' book would be good. I know how to find middle C from a sharp but I've forgotten how to do it from a flat. ----------------------------------------------------------------

Hmmm. The ink kind of shoves over to the side a bit - but cut and paste and it should still work. All else fails, Google out "How to read music" and this was the third one.
